Return/Exchange Policy


We want you to be as happy and proud wearing our products as we are of making them. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered, or defective merchandise, with the original tags and a valid receipt within 45 days of purchase. Merchandise purchased as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

  1. If you have an account, please sign in online. Go to “Orders” to select the order and start the return process.
  2. If you do not have an account, please contact us to request a return. We will email you a return shipping label, which is valid within 45 days of purchase. Please include the original receipt in your return package.
  3. For domestic return, please note that a shipping and handling fee of $9 per label will be deducted from your final refund after all merchandise is received, inspected, and approved. In case the return is not approved, we will notify you by email.

    Exchanges (Domestic Only)

    Need a different size? No problem! We are happy to make the exchange. Please follow the steps in our Returns section for an exchange. Once your returned merchandise is received, inspected, and approved, a replacement will be shipped to you free of charge.


    Refunds are credited back to the original form of payment after the return is approved. The refund process may take up to 7-10 business days after your return is processed.
