Where are the products made?

Currently, we have manufacturers in Taiwan and Vietnam. You can see the manufacturing country for each item on the product page.

Where is my email confirmation?

After you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation email within 5 minutes to the email address you provided upon checkout. If you don’t see it in your primary inbox, it may have landed in your spam or promotions folder. To make sure you never miss an update, add Shen Yun Dancer to your safe list.

How can I track my order?

Once we ship out your order, you will receive an email update with a tracking link. We'll also let you know when your order has been delivered.

What are the payment options?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and gift cards.

When placing an order, kindly note that your billing address must match the one on your account. If you need help with a declined payment, your bank or financial institution should be able to assist.

What are the shipping options?

For domestic US orders, we ship with either USPS First Class or Priority Mail with an estimated delivery time of 1-5 business days, depending on your location.

Do you have free shipping?

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $150. Please note that the free shipping policy may vary due to sale events, promotion codes, or gift cards.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally! Please kindly note that you will be responsible for any duties, fees, and taxes mandated by the destination country.

Return/Exchange Policy


We want you to be as happy and proud wearing our products as we are making them. If you are looking to make a return, we're here to help! Please make sure to let us know within 45 days of your order date and that all items have the original hang tags.

  1. If you have an account, please sign in, click "My Returns" and select "New Return" to start the return process. If you don't have an account, simply contact us to request a return, and we'll email you a return shipping label (valid within 45 days).
  2. Once we receive your return parcel, we will make sure that the items are in their original condition and then issue you a refund.
  3. For domestic returns, there is an $8 return shipping fee. If you are making an international return, please Contact Us for more information.

Exchanges (Domestic Only)

Need a different size? No problem! Just sign in to your account online, click “My Return” and navigate to “New Return” then select exchange to specify the item you’d like. Once we receive your returned product and verify that it’s in its original condition, we will ship the replacement item free of charge. Email us if you have any questions!
